Opening times
St Giles' is open to visitors all year except 25th-26th December and 1st-2nd January.
Our opening hours are:
Summer (May-September)
Monday - Friday 09.00-19.00
Saturday 09.00-17.00
Sunday 13.00-17.00 and for services
Winter (October-April)
Monday - Saturday 09.00-17.00
Sunday 13.00-17.00 and for services
Please note that St Giles' is a working church and access may be restricted without notice.
A short worship service takes place from 1200-12.10 Monday-Saturday, during which we respectfully ask for silence from our visitors.
The Cathedral Shop is open Monday-Friday 10.00-18.30 (Winter 10.00-16.30), Saturday 10.00-16.30 and Sunday 1.00-4.00.
The Lower Aisle Restaurant is open Monday-Friday 08.00 - 16.30 (Winter 07.00 - 16.00) and Sunday 09.00 - 13.30. During August it is open Monday - Friday 08.00 - 18.00, Saturdays 08.30 - 17.00 and Sundays 09.00-13.30.
