The company we work with to manage our data and communications, has unfortunately had elements of their software affected by the recent vulnerabilities in the coding language PHP.

Our website and internal systems are unaffected, but we are unable to send the Weekly Bulletin via email.

Our Worship page is regularly updated, and we will post a copy of the bulletin below until the email client is operational.

Collection for the Rev Sigrid Marten

You may well be aware by now that our Associate Minister, Rev Sigrid Marten will be leaving us to take up a new post as Minister of the parish of Uist & Barra. We plan, at her last Sunday service (1st November), to present her with a gift from the whole of the St Giles’ community, to express our appreciation of her time in office. If you would like to contribute to such a gift, you may do so either by sending a cheque to the Finance Office at St Giles’ Cathedral, High St, Edinburgh EH1 1RE, payable to St Giles’ Cathedral and accompanied by a note specifying that it is to contribute to the gift for Sigrid Marten; or by making a transfer directly to the Cathedral bank account, sort code 80-02-24 account number 00828227 with the reference “SM gift”.

We are looking forward to celebrating with Sigrid her exceptional contribution to St Giles’ and hope you will join us – in the gift and in its giving.

Refill us anew with Your Holy Spirit.

Amen.
